What each plan includes

Every feature on every plan. Column types, formulas, relations, views, public share links and forms, dashboards, automations, comments, realtime, the API, and CSV import/export are all included on Free — the plans differ in capacity, not capability. Pricing is shown on the plans page.

Checking your usage

• The plan badge next to your workspace name shows your current plan; hover it for live usage — workbooks used, attachment storage, and this month's automation runs.
• Integrations can read the same numbers from GET /v1/plan.

What happens at a limit

Limits stop growth, never access. Nothing you've already created is ever locked, hidden, or deleted:

• Workbook cap reached — creating another workbook is declined; existing workbooks keep working.
• Row cap reached — adding rows to that worksheet (by hand, import, form, or API) is declined; reading, editing, and deleting existing rows is unaffected. Deleting rows frees room.
• Storage cap reached — new uploads are declined; existing attachments stay downloadable. Deleting attachments frees room.
• Automation runs exhausted — further runs are skipped until the month rolls over; your data changes are never blocked, only the automated reaction. The skip is visible in the automation run log.

In the app you'll see a clear message naming the limit; via the API the request returns HTTP 403 with errorCode 1020.

Upgrading or downgrading

• Plans are managed at accounts.cashsheet.com under Products & Billing — the same place you manage the rest of your CashSheet subscription. Upgrades take effect in Workbooks on your next sign-in.
• Downgrading never deletes data. If you're over the smaller plan's limits, everything remains readable and editable — you just can't add more until you're back under.
• Enterprise plans (custom limits, agreements) are arranged through sales.
