Our support philosophy

Every CashSheet customer gets access to the same support team — there's no tier system that makes you wait longer because you're on a smaller plan. When you write in, you're talking to someone who knows the codebase, not a script reader.

MakeSheet customers

Production planning customers get direct access to the engineers who built the LP solver. When a plan looks wrong, we want to see it — not triage it through a ticket queue.

Response times

Most questions are answered within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PT). Critical issues affecting production systems are escalated immediately regardless of time.
