1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CASHSHEETS LLC ("CashSheet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the CashSheet platform, including CashSheet, MakeSheet, and CashSheet AI (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
Each customer's data is stored in a dedicated, isolated database silo. We do not share, access, or analyze Your Data for purposes other than providing and maintaining the Service, unless required by law.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including network issues, acts of God, or third-party service failures.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by CASHSHEETS LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted within 90 days unless otherwise required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASHSHEETS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
