Our mission
CASHSHEETS LLC was founded in Las Vegas, NV to solve a simple problem: growing businesses need real financial tools, not spreadsheets pretending to be software and not enterprise ERP systems that take six months to deploy.
We built CashSheet as a cloud-native operations platform with three products on one foundation: CashSheet for double-entry accounting and sales orders, MakeSheet for LP-based production planning, and CashSheet AI for commodity contract management.
Tenant isolation by design
Every customer runs in their own silo: a dedicated Postgres database, dedicated application containers, and a dedicated subdomain. There is no shared multi-tenant database table where one bug could leak rows between customers. The boundary is enforced at the infrastructure layer, not in application code.
Built for operators
Our customers are restaurants tracking food costs, retailers syncing POS with their books, service providers invoicing clients, and meat processors running LP-optimized fabrication plans. What they share is the need for real accounting that works the way their business does — not the other way around.
