CashSheet is built for restaurants tracking food costs, retailers syncing their point of sale with their books, and operators who want their daily numbers and their accounting to be the same numbers. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer with row-level security — your data is yours, structurally.
For the supply side of the same food chain — ranchers, processors, and the restaurants that buy from them — the team also builds CutSheet, a forward-availability and production-planning platform born from the LP engine that runs on real processing-plant floors.
