Services we monitor
Core platform
- Web application — Dashboard, accounting features, and all user-facing pages
- REST API — All public API endpoints for integrations and third-party access
- Authentication — Login, signup, OTP verification, and 2FA services
Data and storage
- PostgreSQL database — Primary data store with multi-tenant schema isolation
- File storage — Document uploads, receipt images, and media assets
- Automated backups — Continuous backups with point-in-time recovery
Third-party integrations
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing
- Email delivery — Transactional emails, OTP codes, and notifications

Scheduled maintenance
We perform routine maintenance during low-traffic hours (typically Sunday 2:00–4:00 AM UTC). Maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email to account administrators.
During maintenance, the platform may be briefly unavailable. We aim to keep downtime under 15 minutes.
